Ingredients
- 1 Block of Cream Cheese (we usually use Philadelphia brand), softened
- 4 tbsp Icing Sugar
- 300 ml Whipping Cream
Method
- In a large bowl, beat the Whipping Cream and Icing Sugar with either a standing mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand mixer until you get stiff peaks.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the creamed cream cheese until combined.
- Pipe or spread onto cooled cake or cupcakes!
